oil, this cake is ideal for those with an intolerance to gluten, wheat
and dairy products. It contains no sugar, instead It is packed with
juicy vine fruits, prunes, apricots, apple and Cornish Honey to keep it moist and give
a subtle sweetness.
Please note: This cake will not keep as long as a traditional fruit
cake, due to the lack of sugar.'
