where possible, are combined with a ‘tot’ and time to mature, to create a luxury eating
experience.
Four types of cake are available, in three sizes. Speciality cakes may be available upon
request and to individual requirements. At Festive times, cake toppings can be more
luxurious; using crystallised pear, pineapple, orange and fig.
